And I believe that starts with not holding yourself hostage for the mistakes you made and letting them go as often as you need to.
You don’t want the stains of what you could’ve done better, black out the good that is here and now.
Gaining wisdom from your mistakes is one thing, getting down on yourself because you’ve made them is another. Making mistakes is how we learn and if you’re always punishing yourself for “learning”, how will you ever accept yourself and grow in the ways you were called to grow?
